The easiest way to upgrade any meal is with a delicious homemade dressing. This creamy jalapeño lime dressing made with Greek yogurt is made with simple ingredients I always have on hand. It instantly makes even the most mundane meals more exciting.

    Why You'll Love This Dressing

This creamy, flavorful dressing is so simple to make with just a few ingredients and a food processor or blender. It's spicy, savory, and fresh, and it's made healthier with Greek yogurt. That means you get a little protein boost AND you know exactly what's in your dressing. It's the perfect sauce to dress up salads, tacos, grain bowls, and more!

Simply add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender (I love this mini food processor) and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the salt, lime, or jalapeño as necessary to suit your taste.

    What To Eat It With

    • This dressing is perfect for slathering on salads, like my smoky chicken and sweet potato kale salad.
    • Dip everything! Fresh veggies, tortilla chips, or my goat cheese sweet potato cakes are good places to start.
    • Pour on grain bowls for another layer of flavor.
    • Drizzle onto tacos or wraps, like my chipotle shrimp tacos!
