    White Wine Mojitos

Refreshing white wine mojitos are a rum-free alternative to the popular mint cocktail, but they're just as delicious! Made with just 4 ingredients, they're perfect for sipping by the pool on hot summer days or sharing for spring brunches!

This cocktail is inspired by the white wine mojito Tiny Boxwood in Houston. The adorable restaurant with a beautiful courtyard was the perfect setting to sip such a delicious drink while visiting my sister. I loved the cocktails so much that I decided to make them at home and share them with you!

Why You'll Love White Wine Mojitos

If you know me, you know I love my white wine. I also love fresh mint and fresh lime. Combining them all into one drink is the perfect recipe for a refreshing drink that's perfect for summer. They are incredibly easy to make, perfect for sharing with a group, and a great alternative to a regular mojito is rum is nowhere to be found. They're ideal for sipping poolside and great for spring brunches and showers. (They're also great for using up mint that is over-taking your garden!)

How To Make White Wine Mojitos

side by side images of ingredients needed to make white wine mojitos and the mixed mojitos in a pitcher.
    1. Make sure your wine and soda are chilled.
    2. Slice one lime and squeeze the other two. Roughly tear the mint.
    3. Mix everything in a pitcher.
    4. Serve over crushed ice.

Which Wine Is Best For This Cocktail?

A light, dry wine is best for these mojitos. I prefer sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio. Nothing oaky or buttery, like a chardonnay.

    Can I Make It Skinny?

If you want to reduce the added sugar, you can use lemon flavored sparkling water, such as La Croix, in place of the Italian soda.
