Easy White Wine Mojitos

white wine mojito in a stemless wine glass with lime slices and mint around it.

Refreshing white wine mojitos are a rum-free alternative to the popular mint cocktail, but they're just as delicious! Made with just 4 ingredients, they're perfect for sipping by the pool on hot summer days or sharing for spring brunches!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle chilled dry white wine (I like pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc for this recipe)
  • 1 cup chilled lemon Italian soda or sparkling lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 lime, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour wine, lime juice and lemon soda into a pitcher.
  2. Stir in sliced limes and mint.
  3. Serve over crushed ice.

Notes

  • For a version with no added sugar, you can use lemon sparkling water instead of soda, such as La Croix.
