Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon filet
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 small blood orange
- 1 small navel orange
Instructions
- Heat oven to 275°F.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with chili powder and rub all over the top of the salmon.
- Thinly slice the oranges. Layer oranges tightly on top of the seasoned salmon.
- Bake 275 for 15-20 minutes. You may need more or less time depending on the thickness of the fish. Salmon is done when it flakes easily.
