Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or frozen artichoke cores
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions
- ⅓ cup parsley
- 1 cup bacon strips
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 ½ cups wine (marsala, white or brandy)
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- ½ tablespoon black pepper
