This delicious dressing is sweet and creamy, and made healthy with plain Greek yogurt and naturally sweet orange juice. It's incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients and no chopping or squeezing required!

How To Make Creamy Orange Poppy Seed Dressing

Simply whisk all of the ingredients together. If you can use a spoon and open a bottle of orange juice, you've got it made!

How Long Will This Dressing Last?

This dressing will stay good for a week in a sealed container in the refrigerator. It may separate after sitting for a bit. That's normal, just give it a stir before using it.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔  cup 100% orange juice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or jar until well combined. 
  2. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

  • The dressing may separate slightly while sitting in the refrigerator. Just give it a stir before serving.
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice also works great in this recipe.

    I did not care for this dressing at all. It was very thin, and had almost no flavor. I couldn’t even think of a way to improve it. Sorry, it doesn’t work for me.
