Caesar dressing is an essential recipe that everyone (who loves Caesar salad) should know how to make. It's one of Mr. Table's favorite salads, so I make this Greek yogurt Caesar dressing pretty often in our house. The best part is, it uses ingredients that I always have on hand!

Why You'll Love This Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Homemade Caesar dressing tastes so much better than the shelf-stable bottled kind. And this version is healthier than your average Caesar dressing. It's made with Greek yogurt for a little bit of protein and a creamy texture without having to make an emulsification with bulky equipment (and without using raw eggs!). Simply put, this dressing is healthy, delicious, and easy to make!

Ingredients In Healthy Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

  • Greek yogurt (obviously) - whole milk or nonfat is fine.
  • Freshly grated parmesan - use a microplane zester for tiny little flakes of goodness that stir in easily. Don't use the pre-shredded, please.
  • Garlic - I love garlic so I use plenty! I use the zester to grate the garlic, too.
  • Anchovy paste - the key to a classic Caesar taste without having to use whole anchovies. Also, it lasts longer once opened as long as it's stored in the fridge! Do you have to use it? No. But should you? If you want your dressing to taste like Caesar, yes.
  • Worcestershire sauce - fun fact: Worcestershire sauce has anchovies. So you can get a little bit of that flavor with just the sauce, but I recommend using both. If you need a gluten-free dressing, check your labels since this sometimes contains gluten.
  • Dijon mustard - so good, don't skip it.
  • Oregano - I like a tiny bit of oregano in my Caesar, but skip it if you want.
  • The usual suspects - lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

How To Make The Dressing

Whisk everything together in a glass jar. Or blend it together in a blender or food processor, if you'd rather. Then taste for any adjustments you like.

How Long Will It Last In The Fridge?

Homemade Caesar will last about a week in the refrigerator. If you get some separation, just stir it before using.
