Healthy Homemade Caesar Dressing

This healthy homemade Caesar dressing made with Greek yogurt is easy to whip up, uses no raw eggs, and tastes so much fresher than the bottled kind! (gluten-free)

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 small cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together or blend in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour into a jar and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

  • Dressing will last up to a week in the refrigerator.
  • Taste dressing and adjust as needed. 
  • The dressing will taste best after it's been refrigerated for a couple of hours.
  • If necessary, make sure your Worcestershire sauce is gluten-free.
