Golden Turmeric Tahini Sauce

This nutrient-packed golden turmeric tahini sauce is delicious on everything from salads and grain bowls to roasted veggies and eggs! (vegan, nut-free, gluten-free)

You guys. This sauce. What can I say about this sauce to make you understand just how awesome it is?

Nothing really except that you have to try it. This golden turmeric tahini sauce has only 6 simple ingredients and tastes like heaven. I mean, you could probably eat it with a spoon and die happy. I mean, it has a base of tahini, so what could be bad about it?

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing bad about this glorious sauce. Maybe when it runs out. That's a sad day. But in the meantime, this savory, nutty, beautifully golden turmeric tahini sauce is the perfect condiment to go with anything.

And I do mean anything. Dressing for a salad? Yep. On top of grain bowls? Absolutely. Roasted vggies, scrambled eggs, avocado toast… you name it and this sauce probably takes it up a level.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Store sauce in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Use to top salads, grain bowls, eggs, or any other dish.

    is that fesh or ground tumeric

      I used ground turmeric, but either will work! Just use about double the amount if you use fresh.
