Summer activities are always more fun with a delicious drink to sip on, right? I'm usually a wine kind of girl, but sometimes you just need a fruity cocktail when you're sitting by the pool or on the beach.

For those occasions when a cocktail is in order, I created this summer appropriate orange pineapple rum punch!

Orange pineapple rum punch is so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, and it's great for mixing up a big pitcher for a crowd. The recipe can easily be doubled if you're having a lot of guests.

In this rum punch recipe, I used Florida Orange Juice for the base. It's one of my favorite cocktail mixers because it provides natural sweetness with no added sugar. It's a great source of nutrients, including vitamin C, potassium, folate, and thiamin. Along with 100% pineapple juice, this rum punch cocktail is full of flavor without the added sugar!

For the rum, I went with a mixture of dark, light and flavored rum. I couldn't decide whether I liked coconut or banana for the flavored rum better, so I'll leave that up to you! I know some people have strong opinions on banana and coconut flavored things, so go with your preference. If you prefer no flavored rum, just leave it out, and the rum punch will be just as delicious! To finish off this fun orange pineapple rum punch, I added a sprig of mint for a pretty pop of color and a nice freshness. It's a nice contrast to the juices that you'll definitely want to include!

Finally, I included a mocktail version of this rum punch recipe, just in case you have kiddos around, are expecting one soon, or just prefer not to drink alcohol. You shouldn't have to miss out on the summer fun! Instead of the rum, add some unsweetened coconut sparkling water to the Florida Orange Juice and pineapple mixture. Of course, a simple glass of Florida Orange Juice is another delicious and easy non-alcoholic option. Either way, you'll have a fun, refreshing drink that's kid-friendly, hydrating, and nutritious.

Mix up a pitcher of this delicious orange pineapple rum punch for you and your friends this summer for something refreshing and tasty! It would be the perfect cocktail to celebrate National Orange Juice Day, which is coming up on May 4!
