  • Yogurt (I like plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, or seasonal flavors)
  • Cheese (such as breakfast brie or Manchego)
  • Charcuterie

Seasonal Fruit

  • Grapes
  • Pears
  • Apples
  • Figs
  • Berries or pomegranate
  • Any dried fruit you have on hand

Spreads

  • Maple syrup
  • Fig jam
  • Pumpkin butter, apple butter or pear butter
  • Nut butter
  • Cream cheese

Nuts or seeds

  • Raw or toasted nuts or pumpkin seeds
  • Candied pecans or walnuts
  • Yogurt or chocolate covered almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Gather all of your ingredients.
  2. Arrange ingredients in groups on a large cutting board or serving platter.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

Anything dairy or animal-based should not be kept if it's been out over 2 hours at room temperature (cheese, yogurt, meats). Everything else can be saved and eaten later! Store fruit, pancakes or waffles, and any spreads in the refrigerator, while nuts, breads, and granola can be stored at room temperature.
