1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative)
1 cup 100% Florida Orange Juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
In a large jar or other container with a lid, whisk yogurt, Florida Orange Juice and vanilla.
Add oats and flaxseed. Stir or close the lid and shake.
Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
