These easy orange creamsicle overnight oats with only 5 ingredients and no added sugar are a healthy, make-ahead breakfast to help you start your day in a sunshiny way, even when you're in a hurry! (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free option)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. In a large jar or other container with a lid, whisk yogurt, orange juice and vanilla.
  2. Add oats and flaxseed. Stir or close the lid and shake. Divide into two individual containers, if you like.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. In the morning, give it all a stir and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, use your favorite non-dairy yogurt alternative.
  • Chia seeds can be used in place of flaxseed.
  • These overnight oats will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
