Peach bellini popsicles with prosecco are the most refreshing way to use your summer peaches! Try these delicious, easy-to-make poptails this weekend for a fun adult treat! (mocktail option included)


  • 2 large fresh peaches, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups prosecco, plus more for serving*


  1. In blender or food processor, combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until combined. Some small chunks are fine.
  2. Add prosecco and stir.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and add place sticks. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  4. To serve, place pops in champagne coupes and pour prosecco into glasses. Enjoy immediately.


*Use peach flavored sparkling water for mocktail option
