Monster Cookie Snack Bites

5-Ingredient Monster Cookie Snack bites are just like your favorite cookie, but in healthier, no-bake form! Prep these ahead for a delicious snack you can grab right out of the refrigerator! (gluten-free, vegetarian)


  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter ( I like brands that contain just peanuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup plain or dark chocolate m&ms


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Use your hands to roll mixture into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Refrigerate balls to let them firm up, then place them into an airtight container.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
