Maple Tahini Cashew Clusters

These maple tahini cashew clusters are a delicious snack that's easy to make with just 5 simple ingredients, but hard to stop eating! (gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free)


  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Coarse sea salt


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, Stir together cashews, tahini and maple syrup. Spread on baking sheet in close together in one large clump in a single layer. This will help it to stick into clusters instead of just single cashews. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.
  3. Bake 20-25 min, or until golden but not burned.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
  5. Store in an airtight container on the counter.
