This easy 6-ingredient maple dijon vinaigrette with thyme and shallot is a delicious sweet and savory homemade dressing that will become your new go-to for all of your favorite salads! (vegan, gluten-free)


  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Whisk or shake all ingredients together in a jar.
  2. Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.


  • This recipe is easily doubled.
  • If you don't have maple syrup, you can use honey instead.
