Healthy Dill Pickle Dip

potato chip dipping into a small bowl of dill pickle dip.

This creamy, tangy dill pickle dip is made healthier with Greek yogurt. It's a fresh and delicious dip that's perfect for summer snacking, cookouts or tailgating! (vegetarian, gluten-free)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (I use Neufchatel cheese)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pickle brine
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Whisk together cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Store leftover dip in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • If you don't have fresh dill, you can use 1 tsp dried.
  • Feel free to substitute other types of pickles if you like!
