Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

This decadent chocolate bourbon pecan pie is the ultimate Thanksgiving dessert to share with your loved ones. If you’ve got pecan or bourbon lovers in your family, you’ve got to make this amazing homemade pecan pie recipe with bourbon, dark chocolate chips and without corn syrup! (vegetarian)

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Roll out pie crust and press into a 9″ pie pan. Use a fork to pierce a few sets of holes in the crust. Spread chocolate chips over bottom of crust.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, salt, butter and bourbon. Pour over chocolate chips. Arrange pecans in a single layer over the top of the filling.
  4. Bake 45 minutes or until filling is set.
  5. Let pie cool before cutting.
