Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, cubed
  • 1/2 cup jicama, peeled and cubed
  • 1 heaping tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add avocado, cucumber, jicama, and cilantro to a large bowl. Add lime juice and stir gently.
  2. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste just before serving.
