Easy Apple Cider Margaritas

Easy apple cider margaritas with just 4 ingredients are the perfect festive cocktails for fall. Whip up a couple or a whole pitcher in just minutes!


  • 3 oz good quality tequila
  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Cinnamon, for rims
  • Optional: Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish


  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of 2 glasses and turn upside-down onto a shallow dish filled with ground cinnamon to coat the rims. Fill glasses with ice.
  2. Add tequila, lime juice and cider to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into ice-filled glasses.
  3. Top each drink with ginger beer.
  4. Optional: Garnish cocktails with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.


  • Use freshly-squeezed lime juice for the best margaritas.
  • You can use ginger ale in place of ginger beer.

For pitcher recipe (6 drinks):

  • 9 oz tequila
  • 9 oz apple cider
  • 6 oz lime juice
  • 6 oz ginger beer
  • Make sure all ingredients are chilled. Combine in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into ice-filled glasses just before serving.
