Blueberry brie puff pastry bites

These easy blueberry brie puff pastry bites are the perfect little appetizers you can throw together for any holiday gathering. With only 5 ingredients and filled with gooey brie and jammy wild blueberries, they're sure to please all of your guests!


  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
  • 4 oz brie
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 squares. Gently press a piece of dough into each of 12 cups in a regular sized muffin tin.
  3. Cut brie into 12 small cubes, and place one in each muffin cup in the middle of the dough.
  4. Combine wild blueberries with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon blueberry mixture into each cup on tip of the brie.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until brie is melted and pastry is golden. Remove from oven let cool slightly before removing pastry bites from the muffin tin. 
  7. Place the bites on a serving tray and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with additional coarse salt.
