White Chocolate Cranberry Bliss Balls

White chocolate cranberry bliss balls filled with cranberries and white chocolate are the perfect portable, healthy snack to keep you fueled this holiday season! Made with nutritious ingredients like oats, dates, and cashew butter, they’re both filling and delicious. (gluten-free, vegetarian)




  1. In a food processor, pulse oats until they are well ground.
  2. Add dates, flaxseed, cashew butter, cinnamon and salt. Process until a dough forms, adding a little water at a time as needed to make it smooth-ish.
  3. Add cranberries and white chocolate chips to the food processor and pulse lightly to just incorporate them.
  4. Scoop out dough by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Use wet or oiled hands to prevent sticking. Place onto waxed paper or parchment to set.
  5. Optional: melt additional white chocolate chips according to package directions (or in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between each until smooth) to drizzle over the tops of balls.
  6. Place balls in the refrigerator to set.
  7. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
