Close the lid and set the vent to ‘Sealing’. Select ‘Pressure Cook’ and ‘High’ and set timer for 4 minutes. When the oatmeal is done cooking, let the pressure release naturally, about 10 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and serve immediately, or package and cool before storing in the refrigerator. Notes
