Honey Lavender Peach Ice Cream

Delicate and floral honey lavender peach ice cream is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients, and is sweetened with just honey and fruit. Try it for a delicious twist on homemade peach ice cream! (Gluten-free, nut-free, refined sugar-free)


  • 4 cups milk (use whole milk for creamiest ice cream)
  • 2 tbsp food grade dried lavender buds
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Infuse milk with lavender. Add milk and lavender to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and chill milk in the refrigerator.
  2. Place peaches in a bowl with lemon juice and honey. Let sit for an hour.
  3. Strain lavender buds from milk and discard. Add milk to peach mixture. Add salt and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
  5. Enjoy immediately, or place in the freezer to firm for up to an hour before scooping.
