Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower*
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek or Icelandic-style yogurt (I like siggi's)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 tsp chai spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

*You can also substitute 1 frozen sliced banana.
