This festive, fruity red and green Christmas punch with vodka, cranberries, and citrus is a delicious cocktail for holiday parties! Just set it and forget it while guests serve themselves so you can enjoy the party. Make it non-alcoholic for a delicious kid-friendly party punch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 clementine oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 cups 100% cranberry pomegranate juice (or just cranberry or pomegranate juice)
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 3/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add sliced limes, sliced clementines, and cranberries to a punch bowl.
  2. Add cranberry pomegranate juice, vodka, Grand Marnier, and almond extract. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Just before serving, add ginger ale and ice. Stir to combine and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make ice cubes out of juice or frozen fruit to keep from diluting the punch as ice melts. You can also make fun ice cubes by placing cranberries or sliced limes in ice cube trays before filling and freezing.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, eliminate the vodka and Grand Marnier.
  • You can use small navel oranges in place of clementines if you'd like.
  • Use plain cranberry juice, or plain pomegranate juice instead of a blend.
  • Ginger beer may be used instead of ginger ale, but it will be sweeter.
  • For more fun, Christmas-y flavor, try adding a cinnamon stick or a small scoop of whole cloves to the punch while it sits in the fridge. Just be sure to remove them before serving!
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary or mint for another pretty pop of color and hint of freshness.
