Cherry Berry Probiotic Smoothie

This delicious 3-ingredient cherry berry smoothie is packed with fiber, antioxidants, and gut-healthy probiotics!


  • 1/2 cup plain kefir
  • 1/2 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries


  1. Pit the cherries.
  2. Add cherries, berries and kefir to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, adding more kefir if needed for a thinner consistency.


  • You can use frozen cherries in place of fresh. You may need more liquid. 
  • If you like, add a scoop of your favorite unflavored protein powder.
