- 1/2 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- Pit the cherries.
- Add cherries, berries and kefir to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, adding more kefir if needed for a thinner consistency.
Notes
- You can use frozen cherries in place of fresh. You may need more liquid.
- If you like, add a scoop of your favorite unflavored protein powder.
