Easy Savory Granola

This easy savory granola is a delicious gluten-free granola without all of the sugar of regular store-bought granola! Use it to top plain yogurt or salads, or eat it as a snack by itself! (gluten-free, no added sugar, vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except for bagel seasoning. Spread out onto lined baking sheet in a single, thick layer. You want as little blank space in between the mixture so you get the best chunks. Sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
